Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy of 14 days after the date of purchase.

After this time we are unable to offer a refund as we start to incur costs relating to our planting projects.

The monthly payment scheme is a way of spreading the cost of 9 trees over a twelve month period. Within each twelve month period we are unable to cancel or refund after 14 days. Project costs would have already been incurred and the twelve month cost is the price of looking after 9 Trees.
